I just got off the phone with these people. Black people like myself, and they had the nerve to tell me they can only do my hair if I have “nice hair.” When I asked if they were talking about the texture of my hair, these uneducated, brainwashed, people said yes. These are black women from African discriminating against other black women because of their hair! Don’t start a business for Black women then turn around and disrespect us.
She has poor customer service skills unprofessional inconsiderate I paid 230 for shoulder length knotless boho within one day my hair started coming apart they are family owned very ghetto and confrontational she offered no refund or fix of service the manly looking older woman was extremely rude she messed up my hair and basically told me to deal with it
This was the upmost uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I have ever had. i got to this place at 10:30 I did not leave until 6 I waited almost 7 hours for 4 braids and was charged 20$ each when I was told the original price was 15 each. Braids came out super sucky the hair that was used was VERY low quality. I went to the pool and the hair bombed. I noticed a few red flags when entering the salon but I looked passed it because I'm all for supporting black owned businesses. However I do hope this business pulls it together and become more transparent about the waits and learn to honor their prices because that is how businesses turn into empires. I would know being that I am a real estate giant for the entire east coast. Safe to say this place is a giant red flag
