I have called Reliable Plumbing in the past so I am a repeat customer. He always got back to me immediately and would come the same day. My water heater needed to be replaced. True to form he came that day, and told me exactly what was needed for a fair price. Since Fiori was on another job, he came promptly the following day and replaced the water heater with some adjustments. The day after the installation, Fiori called to make sure everything was working properly. Who does that? If you have any plumbing issues, I highly recommend Reliable Plumbing. Thank you, Fiori.
Fiori was great. He was recommended to me by a friend who has used him for several plumbing emergencies over the last few years. I had a leak from my upstairs tub into my living room. He came the next day and was very reasonable with what he said. He was able to complete two plumbing jobs within one day for me and the price was very fair. He explained everything as he went and showed me pictures and the pipes so I understood. Definitely will be using him going forward as my plumber. Highly recommend.
We had Reliable Pipe Repair & Drain Cleaning Inc. come out to diagnose and fix a major clog in our kitchen sink. They were professional, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. They took the time to explain both the issue and the solution, and worked until they confirmed the problem was fully resolved. They were also very careful to minimize any mess during the repair. Based on our experience, we would happily use them again and highly recommend them.
