For instance, if you are a new employee, we can help you determine if you have a tax filing requirement. If you do and you have missed prior year filings, we can help you file those delinquent tax returns. Some tax filers are required to make Estimated Payments. We can help you determine if you are required to make Estimated Payments and we can subsequently calculate the correct amount of each payment in order to avoid an Underpayment Penalty.
