“I cannot say enough about about Dr. Epstein, his amazing staff or the Preserve augmentation process. Everything about my experience was an 11/10. Everyone I interacted with, from Dr, Epstein himself to Michelle, Dr Levy, Mary, Jivana, Renee and Gabby were all incredibly kind, calming and compassionate. Having a surgery like this should have felt much more nerve-wracking than it did, but they all just made me for so supported and at ease. The facility is top-notch and sparkling clean as well. I was lucky enough to be a candidate for the preserve method, which meant no general anesthesia, no prescriptions pain meds, teeny tiny incisions, and I’ll be back at work tomorrow, 48 hours later. (I honestly could’ve gone back to work today but I live 5 1/2 hours away so today was spent traveling home.)
