We have had several LoopLoc products over the last 25 years and they are good, quality products that have the backing of the factory and your local installer. We had a challenging pool deck for the BabyLock fence and the factory sent a guy out to measure it perfectly and guide the local team for installation. That fence was the most important part of our pool safety method, and we relied on it heavily. The kids outgrew the fence before it showed much wear at all. We can recommend LoopLoc for pool covers and fences, and if your local installer is A+ as well you will have a good experience.
I need to replace my current Loop-Loc pool cover from 35 years ago! It was top quality. Now I am totally confused because of reviews by very dissatisfied customers. Can Bill's daughter and current owner LeAnn Donaton give me any assurance? Your dad made a pool cover that has lasted a third of a century! Please protect your dad's legacy. Tell me what to do? There must be a solution to correct this situation.
