“We chose Ross Windows after receiving quotes from several companies. As mentioned in prior reviews, the company's owner himself did the initial inspection and measuring work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time discussing various options that would help reduce street noise in a ground floor apartment and provide good insulation against outdoor temperatures without looking institutional. He was very patient with the time it took for the building's co-op board to approve the proposed work (I wanted a minor design change, and there was a lot of email correspondence and numerous changes of plan before the design I was asking for was cleared for installation - one narrow picture window was to be replaced with a double-hung window for better ventilation. It took FOUR MONTHS.) At last, the day finally came when the windows were to be installed. My son, who lives in the apartment, was delighted with the work, the quality of the new windows, the clean and professional job the installers did, and the wonderful light and air flow in the unit that he now enjoys. There was just one problem - due to the abundant and confusing amount of backing and forthing that had gone on over the design change, the picture window had been replaced with another picture window and not the double-hung for which we had contracted after finally winning approval after four solid months of wrangling with the management company and co-op board! We were exhausted by the whole process by then and were tempted to throw in the towel and stick with what we had, but I had done so much work to get the approval for that double-hung window that I decided to make the call to Ross Window and apologetically point out that a mistake had been made. They couldn't have been more gracious. They apologized profusely for the error, put in a rush order for a new double-hung window, and two weeks later came back to install it without a murmur of protest or any suggestion or attempt to charge us more. This is a company that does excellent work, takes pride in fulfilling its obligations, and demonstrates complete integrity. I am very happy we chose Ross Windows!“

“Valerio Contracting is the most AMAZING local company I've dealt with!My husband and I bought a new home that was a major fixer upper. The roof was old, layers and in disarray. The siding was cracked and leaking into our new home.Rick came promptly to assess the damage. He went into great detail about what needed repairs and what did not. His service was honest and direct.We contracted his company to do our roof on spots that had to be repaired after removing an old chimney and ended up doing the entire house. His fixed the leaking siding and gave us opinions on additional siding on the home that we agreed with and had repaired.We also had him add venting to our under roof soffits around the home. They sparkled up the gutters and added gutter guards. The house looks like it got a total face lift...AMAZING!From day one, Rick was on the job throughout the week. He was checking the quality and managing the project. His workers were top class and definitely knew what they where doing.
