I joined 9 round in the beginning of July. The individualized instruction has motivated me to continue going back to 9 Round. The classes are a comfortable size, the gym is equipped with state of the art equipment. I felt & saw results within 3 weeks. At 57 years old this is the type of training that builds muscle tone & elevates my heart rate. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. No slacking here. You’ll be astonished at how many muscle groups & heart pumping exercises are covered in one class.

I joined this kickboxing studio and have been extremely impressed with the level of attention and support provided. The 30-minute workout consists of 9 kickboxing rounds, allowing you to progress at your own pace, which I find motivating and flexible.The unique feature of this studio is that there's no set schedule - you can walk in and start your workout whenever it suits you. The coaches are always there to push and help you, making sure you get the most out of each session. I highly recommend this kickboxing place for anyone seeking a personalized and empowering fitness journey.
