I will recommend Sight Md to everyone I know. Dr James Gordon of the Harrison office took me as an emergency and saved my eyesight. He is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I know. I lucked out the night that dr Gordon was on call and came in a snowstorm to help someone that wasn’t even his patient until now. My husband and my family will always go to him as our eye doctor! In fact the whole office was incredibly nice. Trust me visit his office and you will see what I am saying! Thank you Doctor Gordon!
Excellent doctors but HORRIBLE administration. You can’t get a live person on the phone. I have been waiting a week for a call to schedule a procedure. Trying to call them puts one in the call center with the promise of a return call in 24 hours. The office has a huge staff,yet they can’t seem to do simple things. What happened to professional practice? So unprofessional. Patients have become widgets in the assembly line.
I would definitely recommend this group. Although I had no issues with my eyes, I found my first visit to an ophthalmologist pleasant. Doctor J.Gordon and technician were very friendly, professional and efficient. I was early and they took me as soon as I got there.
