Best gym I have ever been member of. It has almost everything, it feels like a resort. The only negative is the fact that prices really went up in the last year or so, other than that very well run
Amazing facility! O the ambiance! It's beautifully laid out, and provides many work out possibilities all under one roof! Tennis, squash, pickle ball, basketball, rock climbing, strength training are but few of the offerings here. The hours of operation is excellent making it possible to fit busy schedules. Indoor and outdoor pools facilitate year round swimming, other amenities include a hairdresser, juice bars comfortable, well appointed lounge areas and the list goes on! Amazing staff is a plus at this establishment. It's always fresh and clean. There's also plenty of parking available. It's absolutely 💯 great!

The machines are the best, classes are taught by professional staff.
It has swimming pools, sauna, hot tub, cold plange tub, just to mention some of the amenities.
It is worth every penny!
