Prestige deserves all of the high praise here. They were quick to come to my aid on July 4 (faster than the police did), then they came with two trucks: a tow and a flatbed. They were fast and efficient about flatbedding my car. Customer service did all they could to help me while the insurance company was not doing its job. Once they were able to do the work, they did it fast and well. When my car was ready, they released it to me even though the insurance company did not follow through; they didn't have to do that. The work they did looks fantastic, and they even cleaned out my car! Overall, the shop did fast, efficient, quality work, and customer service went above and beyond expectations (I was stuck at home for three weeks without my car, and they were patient with me). I recommend Prestige highly. Thank you everyone at Prestige!
I wrecked my car called them and they were there within 20 minutes to pick up the vehicle and they're going to be doing the work on it so I'll keep you posted on how that works out
I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were an absolute lifesaver for us yesterday when my daughter got a flat tire on her way back to college. She was 4 hours away from us and 2 hours away from her school, we had no idea who to call. We tried working with the roadside service provided by our insurance company, but they completely misled us, so we Googled places based on her location and called Prestige. Shane was amazing! Not only did they go and pick her and her car up, but they located a tire to fit her car from another location and brought my daughter, her car and the tire back to their place.
