I never write reviews but I had a really negative experience here. When I first started the sessions, my first 2 appointments were rescheduled multiple times because she was on vacation or ended up being out of the office. This happened so many times that it spaced out the sessions way beyond what we had discussed was the correct time frame for successful laser hair removal. Additionally I didn’t see any improvements in the actual procedures. After seeing zero improvement and constantly having to change my scheduled appointments due to their rescheduling needs, I decided to stop going. Jen was very informative and professional. The laser did not hurt AT ALL! I have been very pleased with my decision to use laser hair removal and Hampton Laser. I would highly recommend anyone to have a consultation.
