Hampton Bays Village Dry Cleaner is a family business known for their meticulous service and friendly staff. Customers are always asked about their preferred turnaround times, and the staff can expedite when needed. Clothes come back looking as good as new, sometimes even better. One customer was amazed when a decades-old coat was cleaned and right-sized, making it look and fit like new.
I'm pleasantly surprised to discover the best dry cleaners I've ever used. Our clothes appear as good as new, if not better. Additionally, the staff consistently inquire about my preferred turnaround time and can expedite the process when necessary.
I literally gasped when I saw my (decades old) black cashmere coat, risen from the dead. Over the years, the coat had stretched and I’d gotten smaller. I took to wearing the comically oversized coat like a robe.
I decided to get it cleaned.
What came back was good as new and miraculously right-sized. I had no hope of anything other than a clean old beloved garment. I got back the coat I had forgotten, and it fits!
I was in the Hamptons for a few days to close up my place for the winter. Based on the excellent online reviews, I called to see if they could dry clean two blankets quickly as I would be flying home to North Carolina. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me. Wonderful service and nice people!
