The technicians from Flanders are always pleasant and polite. They come across as honest and caring about doing a good job. I’m pleased with this company.

Adding to the above: today, a very hot day in the area, the AC stopped working; I called and 3 hours later the experienced technician arrived and diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He thought of replacing two devices inside the condenser then concluded that one of the two was still working fine so he just replaced one, which fixed the issue. This tells me that Flanders doesn’t do unnecessary work to push up the bill. I remain pleased with this company.
Two service techs showed up today to deep clean my living room mini split and work on the condenser outside. Both guys were very pleasant and did and excellent job! Thank you again for keeping us cool this summer!?
Dan arrived within the time slot we were given. He was thorough in evaluating the problem and resolving it. He also offered suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of our a/c system
