Jake's Boat Livery offers a great experience with wonderful customer service and friendly, helpful owners. Customers appreciate the assistance with launching boats and the availability of gas, even in bad weather. The business accommodates changes in reservations due to weather and has a variety of beautiful Starcraft deck boats and pontoons available for rent. Visitors can also enjoy tasty snacks and craft beer options. Jake's Boat Livery is highly recommended for boat rentals and other water activities.
Last minute we decided to rent a boat for the day. I spoke with Aidan and he gave us a great deal on one of their pontoons. When we went to pick it up, my husband mentioned it was his bday so Aidan upgraded us to a new boat for the same price he quoted me originally without us even asking. We had a fantastic day on their tri-toon. I would absolutely rent from them again without even looking at other marinas. Customer service way above any expectation and Aidan was just really cool to talk to. Beyond 5 stars for us🙌🏼

We had such a great experience with Brittany and the team at Jake’s Marina! We rented two of their brand-new jet skis, and from the moment we arrived, Brittany made us feel so welcome. It was one of their busiest days with several events happening, but she never made us feel rushed and was incredibly accommodating to our group.
As fellow small business owners, we know how much heart goes into building a business, and it was obvious that the new owners truly care about their customers and creating a great experience. The jet skis were in perfect condition, the rental process was easy, and the customer service was genuinely warm and friendly.
