well made a offer on a property , kevin the owner calls me back and said someone else had put a offer in and if i wanted to conter offer to do so by monday at noon. so i called the bluff and stood at my offer the place would not ever value out at the asking price , but i was generous on my offer giving 20% over the property apprasial . I was called and told that they went with a cash offer ! Note: that this property has been listed for over 2 years with no bites on it . I dont understand one thing the listing has not changed and as far as the town of Brookfield knows the property has not been sold and nor has any transfers of ownership has been done as of now ! if it... read full review
