needed to get my truck done up and was nervous going in, Matt was a great help with getting me situated for what i should end up getting done with my truck, any other location shoves the max package down your throat. plus helps hes kinda cute:)
The Hamburg Zebart location is the best. Staff is super friendly and not pushy with sales like the west Seneca location. I go for yearly underbody and don't want to have to sit through their sales pitch each time I walk into get my car done. They also have me in and out a lot faster, other location would make me wait all day, knowing I was waiting
Tim, Ray, and Beth did a great job taking care of me on a blustery winter day. I dropped off a truck covered in snow and slush and picked up a pristine like-new truck ready to take on anything old Man Winter has to dish out. The entire process from start to finish couldn't have been smoother!
