Never EVER use their texting service. I had 2 appointments scheduled. I confirmed the appointment for the 17th and wanted to reschedule the appointment for the 19th. I arrived today and they canceled the wrong appointment and said there was nothing they could do about it. I need this tooth done ASAP otherwise it will need a retreat which I cannot afford or I will have to lose it and look like a crackhead. I checked my texts and it very clearly shows that I confirmed the appointment for today and responded to the next appointment to reschedule. I had to request off from work two months ago to be able to come to this appointment and they always are booking at least two months out. They completely screwed me and I am NEVER going back. Also, the dentist I really like who never tried to do more than necessary no longer works there. Other dentists would say I needed a root canal on a tooth or a retreat on another, etc. this particular dentist would say "no you don't, I can fix that" and she would. i was disappointed she would not be finishing my root canal but now no one's touching here after what happened.
