Southtowns Family Practice PC is a top-notch medical facility that provides exceptional care to its patients. The staff and nurses are extremely friendly, helpful, and conscientious, making patients feel comfortable and at ease. The doctors, including Dr. Craig Maclean, Dr. Sean, and Dr. Fyock, take the time to thoroughly examine and explain concerns in detail, showcasing excellent doctor-patient skills. With quick appointment scheduling and a responsive team, patients' concerns are addressed in a timely manner. While the office can be busy, the doctors prioritize their patients' needs, making them feel valued and supported.
My husband was the first in our family to start going here!! He sees Dr. Sean!! Doc as we call him has been absolutely amazing. My husband had a stroke and because it was workman's comp related, it was impossible to find or get into a doctor in a timely manner for his follow-ups and everything. We talked to Doc who my husband had already been seeing for years. And without hesitation he stepped up and took over my husband's follow-up care. The whole office is amazing. Bridget is an absolute amazing provider. She goes above and beyond to ensure all options are discussed before taking action and provides so much preventative care knowledge in a digestible way to help me feel informed as a patient. Shes a true patient advocate which can be so hard to find in an overwhelmed healthcare system. I am grateful for her as my primary provider.
Have been a patient for a number of years, never any issues, always takin care of, this last visit was no exception, the staff was very friendly And the doctor (Sean) listened to my issues. Prescribed some meds and already into the 2nd day feeling better...can't hurt to give them a try if your looking for a provider
