Brian is a great guy! Very professional and really knows his stuff! He is very honest about what work needs to be done on your computer. He doesn’t try to “sell” you more to fix your computer.

My laptop a Dell is 12 years old I knew I had a software and hard drive issue. Which because of the age repair could be costly or not possible because of compatibility with the hardware. I did some research on who to take the Laptop to for repairs and the reviews for PC SURGEON were all highly favorable. Brian the owner looked at the laptop said he could fix it and “tweak it” so it would run faster and smoother. He accomplished both at a very affordable price and a very short turnaround time. What I loved about working with this Computer Surgeon- he didn’t talk down to me - (I am a Senior Citizen) the Computer is running like a new computer, he didn’t take advantage of me ( cost to repair) . THANK YOU BRIAN PC SURGEON for your INTEGRITY and your masterful skills for bringing my old computer back to life. PS for those who read this review don’t waste your time trying to decide who to take your computer to just call 716-983-7566. He really is that good!!!

Brian was great about helping me troubleshoot my issue. Tried everything he could to get my PC back up and running. Will have to replace some parts but Brian could have had me bring it in and then charged me money but instead he helped my figure out my issue on my own. Will go to him again of I have any issues in the future.
