Had oehler build our custom home on our own property. We chose them because they gave us the flexibility to use our own contractors and the price was 60k cheaper then the competition. There were some delays and set backs but this is to be expected in a custom home. There gc Rick worked smoothly with the contractors and gave us good ideas threwout the process as well as Mike bev and Josh still coming out to this day too change and fix small issues and damage that I did when moving in. Would recommend and will be using them again in a few years too add on my addition.
Mike. Bev and Eric helped us build a home a year ago and we had an amazing experience with them. They helped through the whole process especially with planning a home in between ravines on the property. I would highly recommend them if your planning on building.
I first met Mike & Bev in August 2021 to discuss building a new house. My project had some unique aspects because I was building new literally 15 feet from my existing house (that had structural issues). So I had to live in the existing while the new was built. And once the new was done and I moved in, the old had to be taken down.
