I had a tub to shower remodel by Braymiller Builders last week. Doug was great. He was very nice and did a phenomenal job. I left to go to the bathroom (I have one bathroom and didn’t want him to have to move everything) and felt very comfortable leaving my home. Very trustworthy and would definitely recommend Braymiller.
I had problems with my Pulse shower Spa which was installed in my home. I reached out to Lucy and she advised me that sadly the product was out of warranty, but she would reach out to Pulse and request replacement. Lucy was amazing and helpful and was able to obtain a replacement shower Spa for me under warranty. My service was scheduled on this date for approximately 12 noon and Matt showed up at 12:02 pm. Matt was friendly, professional and fast. Within 30 mins my shower was up and functioning again as it was. This whole experience was extremely EZ and professional! I can't recommend the customer support or professionalism enough! Great people and a great company.
Doug was amazing so friendly and definitely hard working. We had a cast iron maybe porcelain tub he removed and it was heavy. He didn’t leave any kind of mess and sat with us after to explain everything we needed to know about our new BEAUTIFUL shower. He didn’t leave any amazing work.
