Jose and his brother were very good. They explained everything they would be doing, they were very polite and informative. There wasn't anything we had to clean when they left. We enjoyed having them in our house and could not ask for better installers.
I would highly recommend Rome Bath to anyone. This is the third time we have replaced our tub. As they say, third time is the charm. Salesman came out. Explained everything thoroughly. They have a lot of samples to choose from. He didn't pressure you to make the sale at all. Tyler and Joe came out at the time they stated. We had a walkintub,shower/jacuzzi. They took that out. They took the wall down to the studs. Put in new sheet rock and then put the shower walls up. They also put in a new toilet. Their work was exceptional. When we went to the showroom we were helped by knowledgeable and friendly people. They showed us a variety of options and we made changes that were very satisfactory.
The installers, Phil and Jason were excellent start to finish. They made sure everything was kept clean. They answered any questions we had. They finished in a very timely manner. They were very personable. Great all around.
