I had a very pleasant experience at the guilderland location!!! My hair stylist Brendalice was so nice. I told her my life story and she listened. She did a fantastic job and did my hair exactly how I wanted!!! I highly recommend this salon!!!! The price was also fantastic!!

I was taken right back, the stylist heard why it all looked so choppy. (I had taken a pair of scissors to it)Then she asked some very pointed questions & let me know she could fix the choppiness if I would agree to taking off a little more than I asked. I agreed & it looks great!
