I would recommend this Veterinary to everyone, I love this place, they just saved my dog's life, absolutely would recommend can't say enough about them when we put our other dog down because he was a Shepard ...hind legs went on him they laid with me while I laid with him as he went to sleep
Dr. Lutgens and his team did an AMAZING job helping with my dog. he had to have an amputation, and they helped every step of the way. they answered every question we had, and made appointments with short notice for frequent checkups when we had concerns. all of the staff is amazing, I wish I knew the names of all the girls who helped behind the scenes, and a special thanks to Amanda who was also on my dogs case for most of the time. everyone is wonderful, kind, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. can’t say enough great things about this vet. I know my pups are in great hands here and i will never go anywhere else.
Our dog recently passed away and Battenkill vet was incredibly understanding during the process. If we ever had an urgent need they were always able to get her in the same day. We were at the vet for 2 hours the day she passed away, and they were kind, sympathetic and we did not feel rushed at all. We opted to have her cremated and not only did they mail a condolences card, but they also provided us with several thoughtful inclusions when we picked up her ashes including a tuft of her hair and an imprint of her paw.
