I just want to say I highly recommend this salon!!! Somebody very close to me has very bad anxiety, and needed help with their hair as well as a change. She was so patient, calm, and walked them through the process while asking if they needed a break etc. I highly recommend this salon if you know somebody with anxiety, or just somebody that has a hard time with hair cuts! They’re patient and kind… I can’t recommend this salon enough!!

Rachelle and her salon are great! She has reasonable prices, and her salon is modern and clean. She has suggestions for me if I'm not sure what to do with my hair. She also does both of my daughter's haircuts and has added fun colors to their hair. My daughters are young (4 and 6) and Rachelle is awesome with them. We love her and highly recommend Rachelle and her salon.

I just started going to 2nd story salon last spring after my hairdresser of over 35 years retired. I didn't know what to expect, but am more than pleased. Rachelle is very talented and up to date. She has a real gift for cutting and styling hair.
