Bought an item from Home Depot and it was getting delivered by Van Auken Express. I called to get some clarity on my package and I got way more than I bargained for. Not just clarity but peace of mind. I spoke to Jen on the phone and she did not rush me or make me feel foolish for calling. She gave me very straight forward, honest, and realistic answers and expectations to all of my questions and put me at ease. You don’t get that type of customer service a lot these days and we all should step back and appreciate it when we do get it.

Professionalism and kindness define my interactions with VanAuken. They are great to work with and have always treated my small family business like we are important to them. Every single person I have talked to has had a great attitude. Our delivery dock is not easy to access and their driver makes it look like a cake-walk to back in. Our business prefers VanAuken 100%
