My family and I recently found and purchased a home we absolutely love with the help of Tracy at County Views Realty. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient (we were first time homebuyers with plenty of questions). She was a pleasure to work with. Tracy also has tons of local connections, which ended up being a huge help as we went through the homebuying process. Strongly recommend!

After interviewing several local realtors, I chose Colby Boyea from Country Views to sell my house and I am so glad I did. Colby is passionate about old houses like mine, and it showed. He seemed to know everything about it on the first walk-through, from the provenance of the floorboards to the path out the back to the (now non-existent) outhouse. I knew his passion would excite buyers too and help the house sell. When it came time to list, Colby priced the house just right so we got the right combo of a quick sale at a great price. I can not express enough what a wonderful experience I had with Tracy and Stephanie at Country View Realty. They made selling and buying a house extremely easy. I am a very persistent person with lots of questions through out the process and I expect answers as well as follow through / follow up and they were on the ball ! I never once doubted them and they never left me unanswered. These ladies really are on top of things , there every step of the way and for sure go beyond what most realtors would EVER DO. Thank you ladies for all the laughs and making this a quick painless experience.
