TRS was the best ever decision I made in an attempt to lower my property's assessed value. Dealing with TRS was such a simple process, you do nothing they do it all. Their staff is always very responsive and helpful. For the past years that I have engaged TRS they have won a reduction or over payment refund on my property value assessed tax every year. I engaged TRS about a year and a half ago. Their initial feedback was that re-assessment request was denied. They then went to court for me. I just received a refund check from TRS for half of the first year tax reduction. About $1,400. And I will save over $2,800 per year going forward. I did call twice to check on the progress. They are very responsive and helpful. TRS did all the work. I am happy with the results. Thank you TRS.
