What an amazing experience! I brought my cycling shoes in to have the Velcro repaired. Alex gave me several options for fixing them and came up with solution that made my cycling shoes fit tighter (which is better) than they had before. Highly, highly recommend!
Alessandro does great work. Have brought him the same pair of shoes I brought elsewhere, and he made it right. I needed to bring the same pair to him again, and he stood by his work and made it right. Will absolutely come back the next time I have shoe repair needs.
I came to Mario with a bit of a strange request. I wanted a pair of boots customized to look like ones from The Vampire Lestat for me and my girlfriends seccond anniversary. He helped me through the process of making my own soles and then when I was finished was able to beautifully attach them making them look like the boot came that way. The edges are perfect and the bond is strong. This wouldn't have been possible without him.
