i had two guys William (Bill) and Nevaeh.. Both were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned a love seat, grout in the bathroom, carpet and stairs and all look good!

The office, on the other hand, tried to send someone earlier than the scheduled appointment time. Twice, I received phone calls asking if a technician could come 2 hours before the appointment time. This was a bit frustrating.
