Today was my first experience with this company and overall it went well. The lady at the desk was accommodating and showed me how to use the UV tanning since I was a new customer. She was very outgoing and helpful. Very clean place as well.

I've been with zoom tan on and off for a long time. I've been on both ends of the counter. As a salon manager and as a customer. I've been to almost all of the Rochester locations and I have to say the long pond location is hands down the most welcoming. Always super clean, cutely decorated for a holiday or full of new products. The employees are happy and helpful. And the manager Angela is amazing, You can tell she loves her job and represents the company so well. She helped me as a up and coming manager and always recommends the right products for my best tan, Always offers the best customer service, she's full of knowledge and personality.
