I considered myself to be semi-experienced in the mortgage process and find the staff at Power Express to be helpful throughout the entire process. Yes there are lots of fees associated with mortgages and I am mostly familiar with many of them but Fiona Khan at Power Express has always helped explain the fees, occasionally saved me on fees and recommendations of different loan products as well as explain why sometimes it may be better to pay a higher fee amount that can result in closing sooner on a loan and saving money. I have completed approximately 4-5 loans with Fiona at Power Express and absolutely would not go anywhere else for a mortgage or re-finance. They always have competitive rates and help to close fast on loans. I recommend them to everyone I know. There service has been excellent to me and I always have a good experience.
