I've been here a few times; depending on the technician, the service has ranged from OK to less than acceptable. The tech I had on my most recent visit was very brusque, bordering on rude, and gave me a rushed, sloppy manicure (even though there were no customers waiting) with nails filed unevenly.

My back has been killing me and I was trying to think why.. two days later still with severe back pain because of the massage !! My nails chipped the next day and Kathy made my friend tip her 16$ ridiculous.. I thought it was a great experience at first but it’s a hit or miss !!!
