I have had several times used stand up mri in Great Nexk. people very nice. Never a problem. I have had and mri of back with a copayment of 25.00 and a month later mri of hip. Co pay for that was 40.00. The explanation was they used an outside radiologist to read results. Not a lot of extra money but you don’t have your own radiologist. I have used this facility several times over the years. Makes no sense they have to send it out
This was the first time I had a stand up MRI. What a difference! With the regular MRI, I get panic attacks and I even had them stop it once because I couldn’t continue. The technician, John, was amazing. He explained everything to me and was very comforting. He made sure I was completely comfortable before he started the MRI. I had a huge TV screen in front of me and John put the channel of my choice on. I was very comfortable and felt zero anxiety. The professional staff took care of me very carefully and nicely. When I was called in for the MRI, the technician Mr. Brian Caruso was very polite and soft spoken in welcoming me inside and he explained to me the procedure and pre cautions in a very friendly and nice manner. I would like to thank the front office staff and Mr. Brian in giving me the best professional care and made me feel like home.
