Shastone were incredible helping us to prepare a plaque for our mother. We had unfortunately started to run out of time to get it ready before our unveiling date so I reached out to local places, not only were Shastone able to get our plaque prepared, beautifully, to match our grandparents plaques, they didn’t charge us a rush fee. Russell was so clear and helpful every step of the way. They also sent us a yahrtzeit reminder and had a selection of prayers on the website for us to use. The phrase above and beyond is absolutely true in this case. Excellent and highly recommended
