Absolutely incredible!! I started going to acupuncture to find a solution for horrible back pain. After the very first session, I noticed an immediate change. Lydia is nothing short of a miracle worker. She's so smart and skilled, and she really takes the time to get to know you. Going to doctors, specialists, etc. can always feel intimidating and cold, but Lydia provides a warm and safe environment. I couldn't recommend acupuncture, and Lydia, enough. Truly life changing!

Lydia is amazing; the place is warm, welcoming and well maintained. The sessions are rejuvenating and helpful - truly a great experience. I had very low expectations but they were remarkably exceeded, highly recommended - been seeing Lydia for two months and the experience is nothing short of wonderful, I feel good after every treatment
