I recently wrote a bad review of Marlen because they sent me the wrong stamps twice. I tried to reach Marlen but theur telephone has been disconnected and their emails bounce back. On Google it says Marlen is "permanently closed". In reply, Marlen said it offered me a refund. That is a LIE!!!. Marlen never contacted me and is out of business. Hip Stamp suggested I send the wrong stamps back to Marlen spending my own money for shipping. They only addressed one wrong shipment, not the two I mentioned. Neither Marlen nor Hip Stamp sent me a mailing slip. I also said I needed a check because my credit card was voided. NO response. Bottom line, Marlen NEVER offered me a refund. And even if I paid to shipped the stamps back to Marlen, I wouldn't get any refund because the company is defunct and I would only lose the stamps. Any reply by Marlen or Hip Stamp to the contrary is a lie. I felt scammed. ​​

I'm not thrilled. It took a month after ordering for the stamps to arrive. The same day the stamps arrived, I received an email that they were issuing me a partial refund stating that almost half of my order had already been sold. I was to please accept their apologies. This is not professional by any standard

Ordered multiple sheets. Marlen only shipped one. Said they'd send the 2nd one and then stopped answering emails. Two months have passed and it is clear they're trying to run off with my money. Buyer beware.
