Came here on a whim with a friend because aerial yoga sounded interesting and different. The first few classes are a little tough, but the instructors are super welcoming to all levels and are patient in their teaching. After a few sessions, I started doing moves that I didn’t imagine would be possible before taking the classes. It’s rewarding to try something new (maybe fall a few times) and improve along the way. I’ve also taken the qi gong/posture class, yoga (vinyasa, wheel), socacize and they’re all fun and different. My posture has improved, energy levels higher, and somehow became more lean (clothes fitting better; I’m more of a cardio kind of person... read full review

The best yoga studio you can ever find in the neighborhood. Moul and Tae are very friendly and professional. They really want to share their love and passion about yoga with the community and help people to reach their health goal. Everyone comes here will fall in love with this place right away.
