I have been going for a few years. They have the best colors of any nail shop. I have been seeing Yuki. She gives a good massage with heat too. No other nail shop does that. For the people complaining that they don't speak English, use google translate.
I cant believe everybody does not give them 5 stars.

Have been a customer since opening with many different owners.
Last visit my regular person left.
I asked for another with the same excellent handling.
I recieved a nice operator.
She did not understand hardly any English.
She did not massage my feet & legs during my pedicure.
I asked manager why.
She gave excuse that I had always paid extra for this.
Several other times I paid a bit extra,but had to discontinue because of medical reasons.They were rude & said I haven't been there for a few months,as I explained I was out of state.
I have referred many, also family for expensive procedures.
They need to explain to operators with poor understanding...read full review

Had a pedicure only. The polish on the toes came out good, how ever my feet were rougher then when I went in. I think the buffer they used was old and just roughened up my feet. I had to use my metal file when I got home. I wont be using them again.
