We are beyond grateful for the services of this tax firm. Our experience was amazing, the expertise of Joy Dietrich was truly a great find for us. Professional, patient, great expertise and a great sense of caring not only for her clients and community, but for her work beyond the tax world. Way more than 5 stars!
Update: ive been a customer for almost a decade. No bad experiences. Joy , Mary and everyone has always been pleasant and helpful. 5 stars
Good experience for getting taxes done.
Thanks to Mary for the laughs
Joy is so helpful with figuring out the complications of having an apartment! We found it overwhelming trying to sort it out and other tax preparers we tried were so expensive. Joy & her team are thoughtful and knowledgeable. She answers questions and is not at all condescending, which we have encountered with other CPA's. She has also helped us navigate several years when we lived in another state from a house we rented, doing all the forms for both states. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
