Tim has extreme attention to detail and will sit there and perfect them, leaving clients happy and satisfied. Tina is an absolute sweetheart and does a fabulous job. Miko is so sweet and kind, constantly asks if you’re happy with the process, and has extreme attention to detail, and a steady-hand. The people there are friendly and kind. The place is clean and it’s probably the best bathroom ever been in. Tom is the best and did an excellent job making nails look gorgeous. Clients enjoyed the experience at Ritz Nails.
Ritz Nails is the only place I will go. Tom is incredibly kind, talented and knows his stuff! The pedicure I received was outstanding, leaving my skin super soft. My nails are perfect and I always receive compliments. I highly recommend Ritz Nails. PS I drive all the way from West Seneca to Grand Island and it is totally worth it!
I’ve gone to Ritz a few times over the last few months. I’ve had Tom and Tim for manicures and i’ve had Tina (i think her name is) for pedicures. The times i’ve had Tom i’ve left the salon pretty unhappy. he’s very sweet and kind, but there have been times i’ve gone in wanting something, and leaving with something different. I just went today, and unfortunately, the same thing happened. i requested Tim and ended up getting Tom. I showed him a picture of pink + white ombré w/ chrome overtop.. and left with a milky orange/pink color w/ chrome. along with chrome all over my cuticles, nails raised - shooting upwards, and extremely lumpy. aside from this, Tim...read full review
Great experience! I called around 10 AM Monday to get a same-day appointment for two gel manicures at 1 PM and they were able to fit us in. When we got there, the staff was friendly and helped us immediately. I had a dip manicure with tips that needed to come off, and they took care of that by alternately soaking and using the nail drill. The tech was careful and gentle. The gel manicure came with hand lotion and a massage. Gel manicure was $35 with $10 tip and polish removal. We paid with credit, but they prefer cash for tips. We were in and out in under an hour. We’ll be back!
