My husband and I have had our taxes done in her office for years. My husband's parents as well. I called today to make an appointment to have our taxes done. I wanted to go in and be there when they were done. I own a business and had a few questions. She absolutely REFUSED TO DO IT!!! Says drop it off thats it no face to face appointments AT ALL. Very disappointed
