I went to Dr. Koreen at this office she is very knowledgable and helped me make a good decision, she took her time with me. The surgical schedulers helped me through the process and were great, especially Macy. I can see now thanks to them.
I visited the Goshen office as a first time patient. After filling out the paperwork I was called into the back within 20 minutes by a very pleasant staff member. The equipment was all sanitized before being used and the staff were all friendly. I was seen by Dr. Mirabella who was engaging and very thorough explaining each part of my examination. It was a good experience and I will be going back.
The staff and physician were so kind and patient with my mom. She had such a bad experience with her previous opthalmologist at a different practice and was scared to see another doctor. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything to her. Thank you so much for such a good experience.
