Extera Roofing

Extera Roofing is a founder-led roofing contractor in Goshen, NY, serving homeowners across Orange, Westchester, Ulster, and Putnam Counties. Customers describe Extera Roofing as on time and professional from start to finish. The salesman was on time, showed the roof with a drone, and had the estimates for the job on hand. Extera was in contact throughout the process, and on the day of the job the crew arrived at 7AM. The project manager and crew supervisor walked through the job, and pictures from the drone were shown throughout the job. The owner showed up near the end and let the customer know he was watching the job through the drone picture and was in contact with the project manager. One customer chose Extera from four estimates for the thorough pre-install inspection, clear contract, and responsive communication. Install was scheduled quickly and in a way that fit the schedule, which helped reduce overall stress. Install went smoothly without any issues despite challenges of a steeply sloped roof. The project manager and work crew were friendly, in good spirits, and detail-oriented. Customers are very happy with the final outcome and highly recommend this professional family business. After seeing the great work Extera did for the Humane Society of Walden, one customer decided to no longer put off getting a new roof for the home. As soon as they called they received golden glove service. At the show room they were guided with what would work best for the roof. Extera handled all the permits and necessary paperwork with the town. It rained the week they were planning on coming but they communicated on scheduling. When it was time for new roof day they made sure the property was ready and cleaned up afterwards. The customer is very satisfied with the final outcome, and because they referenced the Humane Society of Walden, Extera sent HSW a $250 donation. Everything looks fantastic—the roof, the windows, and the siding—looks like a brand new house, and everybody associated with Extera was a pleasure to work with. There was great communication in scheduling the repairs for the roof, and company representatives explained their findings and thoroughly communicated how they were handling and repairing the roof.
