Tyler did a genuinely thorough job on my home inspection. The mold assessment work was especially impressive, he found significant basement mold with HVAC involvement that would've been easy to miss. He was upfront about what he couldn't fully access on site rather than glossing over it.
He was also great to work with in person. Showed up right on time, extremely thorough, and explained everything in plain English as he went, what he was doing, what he was looking for, and how the report would come together.
