Patrick was fixing my kitchen sink for me (great repair btw!) & I mentioned heat was out & that A. Johns*n Co said I needed a new system at $10K. Patrick said he’d take a look-less than an hour later the heat was on, I was warm & beyond thrilled! The only thing wrong was a $25 part needed replacing. Patrick saved me from a costly & unnecessary repair! I altered the name of the other company so they couldn’t scrub it away- don’t trust A.Johns*n Co, they are dishonest as hell ($500 for a service call?), go with Patrick at Efficient Heating & Cooling!Service: Heating system repair

After calling 6 different local companies efficient heating and cooling was the only one to return my phone calls. They had my maintenance service scheduled within a week. They arrived on time and 5 minutes early! 2 guys showed up and they were both respectful and answered all of my questions easily. A few hours after they left I wanted to try out the heat and it was not turning on. I called and left them a message about my concerns and within 2 hours I received a phone call back and he came out at 7PM to see what was the issue. It was a small issue that he fixed with ease!
