She had a well rounded approach to training that focuses on interpreting the dogs feelings and instincts in certain moments, refocusing their energy, making sure you as the owner are not inadvertently adding to the behavior, and cueing/rewarding the dog immediately and frequently to encourage the training. She sees things my husband and I would never in a million pick up on with Norman and always has suggestions to change the non-preferred behavior.
