I’ve been in the dental field for 5+ years and started with this company shortly after Covid and offices slowly opened back up. I remember when I started with the agency, Stephanie told me I should NOT be accepting anything less than a certain pay number hourly and it meant a lot because given not only my education, but my experience, it felt good to be seen and recognized. After having my second child, things slowed down for me as I had responsibilities and priorities that put my career on standby.
