I had my first visit here today for a brow wax. I haven't had my brows waxed in a few years since I had them micro bladed but I really needed to get back in to this regimen. I was unintentionally 30 min late to my appt for to horrible snow storm and traffic jam. She messaged me hours in advance to tell me to not worry if I wanted to cancel due to weather but I was only 2 miles away at work already so I didn't mind. It never ever had taken 30 minutes to get over the sgf bridge but today it did. She was very understanding and not upset with me one bit. I was her last appt of the day and she waited for me. I have also been dealing with some vertigo which I mentioned as I got on the table. She was compassionate and encouraging to me to take my time which was a relief. Plus she gave me the best brow wax of all time. I've been to several of the brow places in the area and I've had unprofessional experiences everywhere else. I really can't say enough good things about my experience today.
