Easter Brunch was extremely organized and delicious yet again! This has become our family’s new tradition for the past two years. You can’t beat the variety of delicious food, beautiful decor and excellent service. Thank you to the staff for providing a wonderful experience, especially on a holiday.

While there are minor suggestions for improvement, such as adding towel racks and bathroom exhausts, the hotel's owner has invested in creating a high-quality atmosphere, evident in the decor, finishes, and furniture choices. The Queensbury Hotel also offers two good restaurants with reasonable prices. I ran into an issue with dates for a surgery and insurance issues. I rented the room through Expedia, needed my money back or a date change. Expedia refused, put it all on the Hotel. The Hotel contacted me personally and took care of my issue right away! I will not be booking through Expedia as they tried to make this place look bad! We will be booking our future rooms for our appointments here!! We also thank you for working so hard to figure this out for our family!!
